I can't tell from the picture. Are they standing in front of the grill on the street or in the van? If on the street it looks too tall for most people to cook on.

I think it will have a narrow space in the food area for a person to be able to move around and handle the food, but for the coffee station? Sorry buddy, you have to get off.

I imagine the wind noise is terrible in that thing, just because of the pattern in the panels.

The coffee station is low enough to use on the street. I have a problem with it though. Those things shoot out hot steam and occasionally something can break. Go to any coffee shop and you'll see the machines are always behind something like a wall. If something goes wrong you wanna protect your customers.
